You don't need to work it out yourself. Complete a free 2-minute consultation and a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber will personally review your health, history and goals the same day. Treatment is only supplied if it's clinically right for you, and if it isn't, you're refunded in full, automatically.

You don't need to bring one. For prescription-only medicines, our prescribers issue the prescription themselves if treatment is appropriate, after your consultation, and it's included in the price. Pharmacy medicines like Alli and Orlos don't need a prescription at all, just a short suitability check by our pharmacy team.

As a GPhC-registered pharmacy, we verify every patient before treatment is approved. After ordering, you'll receive an email to create your account and upload photo ID and a live video of you on your scales to confirm your BMI. If you're transferring from another provider, we'll also ask for your previous prescription. Uploads must be completed within 72 hours, or your order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Free next working day delivery with DPD, tracked door to door, in plain unbranded packaging. Order by 12pm on a working day and, once approved and verified, it's dispatched the same day. Temperature-sensitive medicines travel in insulated packaging with ice packs.

If a medicine looks cloudy, discoloured or a pen isn't working properly, message our clinical team through your account. Across the whole of the UK. Some remote postcodes, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, can take an extra day with DPD, and your tracking will show the expected date. We don't deliver outside the UK.

Order by 12pm on a working day and, once approved and your verification is complete, your order is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or still awaiting verification, are dispatched the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or bank holidays, so an order approved by 12pm on Friday arrives Monday.

No signature is needed, and DPD will notify you with options to rearrange, redirect to a DPD Pickup shop, or leave your parcel in a nominated safe place. For temperature-sensitive medicines we recommend being available for the first attempt so your pen can go straight in the fridge, as cold-chain items that fail delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability can't be refunded or re-supplied.

For damage, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll handle the courier claim and arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows your parcel hasn't arrived, we'll investigate with DPD, and if it's confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full.

No, and this is a legal safety requirement rather than our preference. Once a medicine leaves our pharmacy, we can no longer guarantee how it's been stored, so it can never be re-supplied to another patient, even unopened. That's why medicines can't be returned, exchanged or refunded once dispatched, except where they're faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Your statutory rights aren't affected.

The same medicines rule applies to pharmacy medicines like Alli and Orlos once dispatched. Before dispatch, any order can be cancelled for a full refund, so if you change your mind, contact us quickly.

Automatically, to your original payment method. If treatment isn't approved, verification isn't completed in 72 hours, or you don't reply to a clinical query in 72 hours, your order is cancelled and refunded in full without you having to ask. Refunds usually appear within 3–5 working days of processing, depending on your bank.

Please don't post anything back to us unless we've asked you to. Where we need an item returned to investigate a fault or damage claim, we'll arrange and pay for the return ourselves and tell you exactly what to do.

Our Superintendent Pharmacist and every prescriber can be verified on the GPhC public register, any time.

You must be 18 or over. We verify every patient's age and identity against government-issued photo ID before any medicine is supplied, with no exceptions.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, processed securely at checkout. Payment is taken when you order, and there are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals and no hidden fees. If your order isn't approved, you're refunded in full, automatically.

Yes, any time before dispatch, for a full refund. Just email us or message through your account. Because we dispatch fast, same day for orders approved by 12pm, the window can be short, so contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders can't be cancelled.

Carefully, and in line with UK GDPR. Your medical information is seen only by the clinical team caring for you, is never used for marketing, and is never sold.
