What should you realistically expect from Wegovy over time?

Clinical trial results give a useful benchmark, with the honest caveat that individual responses vary. In STEP 1, adults using the 2.4 mg dose alongside lifestyle changes lost an average of around 15% of body weight over 68 weeks, compared with roughly 2.4% in the placebo group, figures published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
