Start journey Learn moreMounjaro 10mg is a prescription-only medicine, and private UK prices vary by provider, dose and what each quote actually includes. Reported market prices since Eli Lilly's September 2025 list-price increase range roughly from £200 to £375 per four-week pen depending on strength and service. No legitimate source can supply it without a clinical assessment and valid prescription — so before comparing price tags, it's worth understanding what those tags do and don't cover. Once you know that, the decision becomes clearer.

Mounjaro is a prescription-only tirzepatide treatment supplied as a pre-filled KwikPen. Each pen contains four weekly doses, so a quoted monthly price is essentially a per-pen price. Since Eli Lilly raised its UK list price in September 2025, the highest doses have seen the sharpest increases: the 15mg pen's list price moved from roughly £122 to around £330, and 10mg pricing has shifted proportionally. If you want to understand what you should realistically be paying, our guide to the cheapest Mounjaro 10mg available in the UK explains how current private market prices break down. Typical private market prices now sit somewhere between £200 and £350 at 10mg, hedged because individual providers set their own margins.
That range means a headline price comparison tells you very little on its own. What you're actually comparing is a bundle (medicine, clinical oversight, prescription, delivery, aftercare) and not every provider bundles the same things. A lower number sometimes means a lower service, not a lower-cost supply chain.
NICE's appraisal of tirzepatide (TA1026) confirms the strength of the clinical evidence behind the 10mg and higher doses, which is part of why demand (and therefore price pressure) has stayed high since launch.
A common pattern in the private weight-loss medicine market: the displayed price covers the pen and nothing else. Consultation fees, private prescription charges, delivery costs and any clinical support after your first order are frequently itemised separately — or not mentioned until checkout. For ongoing treatment, those additions compound quickly.
Dose-increase support is another gap. Moving from 7.5mg to 10mg requires a prescriber's review and, at reputable services, evidence that the previous dose was tolerated and effective. If a provider charges separately for each dose-review consultation, a month at 10mg costs more than the medicine line alone suggests. You can find a breakdown of what Mounjaro 10mg price structures typically include if you want to map this out before you enquire anywhere.
Delivery is smaller but worth noting: cold-chain shipping (tirzepatide must be refrigerated at 2–8°C) involves tracked couriers, not standard post. Some providers absorb that cost; others add it. Check before you commit.
Mounjaro is a Black Triangle medicine under additional MHRA monitoring. At 10mg you're approaching the higher end of the licensed dose schedule, which makes clinical oversight more important, not less. The MHRA has warned explicitly about counterfeit weight-loss pens circulating through social-media sellers and unverified online sources, fake pens have previously contained insulin rather than tirzepatide, with serious consequences for people who used them.
The safe test for any online pharmacy is a straightforward one: look it up on the GPhC pharmacy register. A legitimate GPhC-registered service will have a verifiable premises registration you can check in seconds. If that check fails, or if you're offered Mounjaro at a price that undercuts the market significantly without a prescription or clinical assessment, those are hard stops, not mild cautions.
The MHRA's public guidance on GLP-1 medicines safety is worth reading if you want the regulator's own framing. On a prescription medicine, the cheapest listing answers the wrong question. The right question is whether your supply is genuine, your prescriber is qualified, and your dose is appropriate for you.
We don't price-match and we don't run discount codes. That's a deliberate choice, not an oversight. The one transparent price you see at our treatment page covers everything: your free consultation, the prescription, the medicine, next-working-day DPD delivery in plain packaging, and 7-day aftercare with clinical re-review before every repeat. No add-ons appear at checkout.
Your consultation is reviewed the same day by a named, GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber, someone with clinical accountability, not an automated eligibility screen. For a 10mg prescription specifically, our prescribers confirm the dose is appropriate for you: that you've titrated from a lower strength, that you're tolerating treatment well, and that continuing is the right clinical call. That review happens every time, including for repeats. If you're weighing up where to source your next pen, our comparison of the cheapest 10mg Mounjaro pen options sets out what to look for beyond the headline figure.
For a fuller picture of how 10mg pricing compares across the typical dose journey, our Mounjaro 10mg cost breakdown sets out the factors clearly. And if you're still deciding whether 10mg is the right point in your treatment, the clinical team behind our service is explained at our clinical team page.
Your pen goes straight in the fridge door when it arrives, and that's exactly where it should stay, per the patient information leaflet, until injection day.
