Travelling or short power cuts, the room-temperature window

Semaglutide does not need to be refrigerated every single moment you own it. The Patient Information Leaflet confirms a limited period at room temperature is permitted once a pen has been removed from the fridge. What the leaflet does not do is leave that window open-ended, there is a specified maximum temperature ceiling and a maximum number of days, and your leaflet is the only document you should use for those exact figures, because the numbers differ between products and formats.

The practical point: if you are spending a long weekend away, a pen travelling in a cool bag is fine; a pen left on a hot car dashboard is not.
