You've found five different prices. Here's why they don't compare directly.

Picture this: you open three browser tabs and get three different monthly prices for Mounjaro. One looks notably lower than the rest. Before you click through, it's worth asking what each figure actually covers.

The September 2025 Eli Lilly list-price increase (widely reported at the time) pushed the highest-dose pen's list price from around £122 to around £330 per four-week pen. Private providers set their own retail prices on top of that cost, which is why the market range is now broad. What looks like a straight comparison rarely is.

A legitimate private Mounjaro prescription involves more than posting you a pen. It requires a clinical assessment, an actual prescriber to review your answers, identity checks, and ongoing clinical oversight each time you reorder. Those aren't optional extras; they are legally required steps for a prescription medicine. Some providers price each element separately. Others roll everything in.
