Start journey Learn morePrivate Mounjaro prices in the UK vary significantly by dose and provider, typically ranging from around £149 to £375 per month since Eli Lilly raised its list price in September 2025. Any legitimate price covers a prescription following a clinical assessment — not just the pen itself. Comparing a chart of Mounjaro prices is sensible, but the number alone rarely tells the whole story. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, which means it can only be dispensed following a review by a registered prescriber who has assessed your health picture. That clinical step is part of every legitimate transaction, and the cost of it may or may not be visible in a headline figure.

When Eli Lilly raised its UK list price on 1 September 2025, the market shifted noticeably. The highest-dose pen's list price moved from around £122 to around £330, and private providers repriced accordingly. Typical private prices across the UK now sit roughly between £149 and £375 per four-week pen, depending on the dose and the service. Those figures are widely reported and can be found across comparison sites and pharmacy pages, they're a reasonable starting point, but they're averages, and the spread between providers at the same dose can still be meaningful.
What a Mounjaro price comparison chart captures well is the headline retail figure at each dose. You can see at a glance that 2.5mg and 5mg pens cost less than 10mg or 15mg pens, which makes sense: lower-dose supply chains carry different cost structures. A quick scan of the doses side by side is genuinely useful. Our full Mounjaro price comparison page sets out how UK private pricing is structured across the titration schedule.
What a chart rarely shows is whether that price is all-in. Prescription fees, consultation charges, delivery costs and ongoing clinical support are sometimes bundled, sometimes not. Two identical headline figures can represent very different total costs once you look at the small print.
The number on a comparison chart is usually the cost of the pen. Sometimes it's a monthly membership fee on top. Sometimes the consultation is an additional charge billed separately at the start, or again at each repeat. Delivery (which for a refrigerated prescription medicine is a specialist operation) is occasionally free, occasionally added at checkout. Support between doses, particularly access to a prescriber if side effects arise or a dose increase needs reviewing, may not be included at all in a basic-tier price.
This isn't unique to Mounjaro. Most private prescription medicines carry some version of this complexity. The practical habit worth building: before finalising any comparison, check whether the figure shown covers consultation, prescription, delivery and follow-up, or just the medicine. That takes under a minute on most providers' FAQ pages and can change the effective cost considerably. For a specific dose-level view, the 5mg price comparison and the 10mg price comparison each break down what's typically included at those points in the titration schedule. If you're moving up the titration schedule and want to know what the next step typically costs, our 7.5mg price comparison for the UK covers what providers are currently charging at that dose and what those figures usually include.
At nume, one price covers the consultation, the prescription, the medicine, next-working-day tracked delivery and seven-day aftercare. There are no add-ons revealed at the final step. That's the offer, you can weigh it against others with the full picture in front of you.
Honestly, not at the bottom. That's a deliberate choice. A small saving on the pen itself isn't the measure that keeps you safe or keeps your treatment on track, and building a service around the lowest possible price means something has to give, usually in the clinical layer. The consultation that takes ten seconds or the support team that isn't there on a Saturday afternoon aren't always visible on a comparison chart, but they matter.
What we offer instead is a fixed, inclusive price: one figure, no surprises, reviewed afresh at every repeat by a real prescriber. A GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber reads your consultation the same day, you can verify our pharmacy on the GPhC register (registration number 9012878). Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day once clinically approved, arriving by DPD the next working day.
Current treatment pricing is shown on our treatment page, where you can also start your free consultation. For context on how the full Mounjaro price landscape looks across providers and doses, our UK price comparison overview goes deeper into what drives the variation.
For a prescription medicine, price is the wrong test. Mounjaro is not a supplement you can return if it doesn't agree with you, it's a Prescription-Only Medicine regulated by the MHRA, dispensed through a licensed pharmacy, and titrated under clinical supervision. The MHRA has confirmed publicly that fake weight-loss pens have appeared in the UK market, and some have contained dangerous substances. Prices far below the market norm are a documented red flag, not a bargain. Reporting suspected counterfeit sellers to the MHRA via the Yellow Card scheme is one of the fastest ways to flag a problem.
The question a comparison chart can't answer is whether the provider dispensing your treatment is a legitimate, GPhC-registered pharmacy sourcing from the licensed UK supply chain. You can check any online pharmacy on the GPhC register in about thirty seconds. Doing so before you order is a more protective step than finding the lowest figure on a price comparison chart.
Our Mounjaro overview covers how the medicine works and what to expect from treatment. If you're weighing up whether Mounjaro or Wegovy suits your situation, our weight-loss treatment overview compares the options without steering you toward either. The right call is a clinical one, made with a prescriber who knows your health history.
