The reported figures (around £330 per pen at the highest dose, up from roughly £122) have been widely covered and are consistent with what independent pharmacies and online clinics are now paying at source. There is no back-channel supplier offering pre-increase stock. Anyone advertising Mounjaro at significantly lower prices deserves scrutiny.
