Mounjaro®

Start journey Learn moreThere is no legitimate Mounjaro voucher code available in the UK. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, and UK regulations prevent pharmacies and clinics from advertising it with discounts, promo codes or price incentives. If you've found a code offering money off Mounjaro, that's a red flag worth taking seriously. What does vary between providers is what's bundled into the price you pay — and that difference matters more than a discount ever would for a regulated medicine. At nume, one transparent price covers your consultation, prescription, treatment, and free next-working-day delivery. No codes, no hidden extras, no subscriptions.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a Prescription-Only Medicine. Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, promoting prescription medicines to the public through discounts, voucher codes or price incentives is not permitted. The MHRA is clear that GLP-1 medicines are not assessed or marketed for quick or cosmetic weight loss, and any supplier treating them like a retail product (complete with promo codes) is almost certainly operating outside the law.
That applies to every legitimate pharmacy and clinic in the UK. So if you're searching for a Mounjaro voucher or discount code and finding results that look promising, those results deserve scrutiny rather than a click. The supply of counterfeit and unlicensed weight-loss medicines is a serious and growing problem. The MHRA has urged the public to report suspect sellers, and enforcement in 2025 uncovered roughly 20 million doses of illegally traded weight-loss medicines worth around £45 million, including the first UK manufacturing site producing fake tirzepatide pens. Fake pens have been found to contain insulin (not tirzepatide) with predictably dangerous results.
The red flags: any seller offering Mounjaro without a clinical assessment, prices far below the private market rate, or a discount code tied to the medicine itself. If you see those, walk away and report the seller via Yellow Card.
Private Mounjaro pricing in the UK has shifted. Eli Lilly raised the list price from 1 September 2025; the highest dose's list price moved from around £122 to around £330 per four-week pen. Across providers, typical private prices since then range roughly £149 to £375 per month depending on dose and what the provider includes. Those figures are widely reported and represent the realistic market range, not outliers.
The figure that matters, though, is what you actually get for that price. Many headline prices don't include the consultation, the prescription fee, delivery, or any support once the pen is in your hand. A £149 listing with a £30 consultation fee, a £10 prescription charge and a delivery cost can quickly exceed a £199 all-inclusive price. For a full breakdown of how Mounjaro pricing works across doses and providers, our Mounjaro price guide sets it out plainly.
Payday orders, holiday stock-ups, last-minute Monday requests, people often want the best deal at a specific moment. That instinct makes sense. For a prescription medicine taken over months, though, the better question is which provider will still be clinically reviewing your case properly at dose five or six.
nume doesn't run discount codes, seasonal offers, or voucher schemes. That's a deliberate position. Competing on price for a prescription medicine points attention in the wrong direction; we'd rather compete on the quality of the clinical review and the reliability of the supply chain.
What the price at nume covers: your consultation (free), a same-day review by a real prescriber (a named GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber reads your answers, not software) and, once approved, same-day dispatch with free tracked DPD delivery the next working day. Aftercare runs seven days a week. Every repeat order goes through a fresh clinical review before anything ships. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals.
We're not the cheapest option in the market. That's intentional. The people who treat Mounjaro like a retail product to be discounted are not the people you want managing your prescription. You can verify our pharmacy on the GPhC register, our GPhC premises registration number is 9012878. Any registered pharmacy can be checked the same way.
If you want to understand more about how tirzepatide works or whether it might suit you, our Mounjaro overview covers the clinical picture in full. Eligibility, evidence and the broader treatment landscape are also explained on our weight-loss treatments page.
For everyday purchases, finding the cheapest option is good sense. For a prescription medicine dispensed over months, the calculus is different. The questions that actually protect you: Is this pharmacy registered with the GPhC? Is a qualified prescriber reviewing my case before each order? Is the medicine sourced through the licensed UK supply chain? Is there someone to contact if something doesn't feel right?
A small saving on a pen that turns out to contain the wrong substance, or that arrives without any clinical oversight, isn't a saving at all. The NHS medicines page on tirzepatide sets out clearly what to expect from a legitimate treatment pathway. The difference between a regulated service and an unregulated seller isn't visible in a listing price, it shows up in what happens after you order.
If you're ready to explore whether Mounjaro is right for you, the starting point is a consultation with our prescribers. There's no fee for that, and no obligation to proceed. Questions about a Mounjaro discount code or specific dose pricing (including the 5mg or 10mg doses) are answered honestly at that stage too.
