Start journey Learn moreThere are no legitimate promo codes, discount vouchers or promotional offers for Mounjaro in the UK. Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a Prescription-Only Medicine, and UK law prohibits advertising or discounting POMs to the public — which means any website offering a code to reduce the price of Mounjaro is, at best, breaking advertising rules and, at worst, selling something that has not come through the licensed supply chain. A real Mounjaro prescription requires clinical assessment by a registered prescriber; the code question tends to come up because the cost is a genuine concern, and that concern deserves a straight answer rather than a sales pitch. You'll find one below, alongside what official guidance actually says about buying these medicines safely.

The MHRA has been clear on this since its first major public warning in October 2023: weight-loss injections sold through social media, unofficial websites or any channel that offers them without a clinical assessment are outside the law and outside the supply chain. Fake pens seized by enforcement teams have, in documented cases, contained insulin rather than tirzepatide. The October 2025 raid on an illicit manufacturing site in Northampton (the first of its kind for counterfeit tirzepatide) showed the problem had moved well beyond individual sellers.
A discount code, by definition, lowers the price of something being sold. For a Prescription-Only Medicine, the question of who is selling it and through what route matters far more than whether the price has been cut. The MHRA's public guidance on GLP-1 medicines (available on GOV.UK under MHRA Drug Safety Updates) is explicit: purchase only from pharmacies you can verify on the GPhC register. A code from an unverified seller is a reason to stop, not to proceed.
If you want to check whether a pharmacy is GPhC-registered, the register is searchable at pharmacyregulation.org/registers. Worth checking before you hand over any payment details, regardless of the price on offer.
In August 2025 it was widely reported that Eli Lilly would raise Mounjaro's UK list price substantially from 1 September 2025. The highest-dose pen moved from around £122 to around £330 at list price, and private providers adjusted their own pricing accordingly. Typical private market prices since then range from roughly £149 to £375 per month, varying by dose and provider.
That spread is real and meaningful. Comparing providers on total cost (including any consultation fee, prescription charge, delivery and aftercare) gives you genuinely useful information. If you have come across a promotion code for Mounjaro from an unknown source, it gives you neither a verified product nor a clinical relationship. The two are not equivalent savings.
For context on what NICE recommends regarding clinical eligibility for tirzepatide, the NICE guidelines for Mounjaro set out the BMI and comorbidity thresholds that apply both on the NHS and as a framework for private assessment. Eligibility, not discount mechanics, is the right starting question.
One of the reasons promo-code searches happen is that quoted prices can look strikingly different between providers, and people reasonably wonder whether they are missing something. Often they are: some providers list the medicine price alone, then charge separately for the consultation, the prescription and delivery. A headline that looks lower may not be when everything is added up.
A transparent private service states upfront what the single price covers. At nume, one price includes the consultation, the prescription, treatment and free next-working-day delivery, no subscription, no auto-renewal, nothing added at checkout. Our weight-loss treatments page shows current pricing. We do not run codes or offers, and if you are searching for a promo code for Mounjaro, that is a deliberate choice to explain. The cost of a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber reviewing every consultation, verifying identity and weight, and providing clinical aftercare seven days a week is not a rounding error.
If you're comparing providers around payday, ahead of a Monday order, or before a holiday when you want stock confirmed and delivery timed, the more useful comparison is what each provider's clinical process looks like rather than whether a box somewhere on the checkout page accepts a discount string.
Cost context for Mounjaro is legitimate consumer information. The NICE appraisal TA1026 notes that tirzepatide produced average body-weight reductions of around 20–21% at 15mg in the SURMOUNT-1 trial, a result that puts it among the most effective licensed weight-management medicines available in the UK. For a treatment at that level of clinical evidence, the relevant question is whether the supply is genuine, clinically supervised and from a traceable chain. The margin between providers is secondary.
