Do you meet the clinical criteria for a private prescription?

The licensed eligibility criteria for tirzepatide are: adults aged 18 or over with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI of 27 or above alongside at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol or obstructive sleep apnoea.
