Whatever the origin, 50mg is not a dose that appears anywhere in Wegovy's UK Summary of Product Characteristics. Could a "50mg" product be Wegovy under a different name?

Zepbound is the US brand name for tirzepatide (sold in the UK as Mounjaro) and its highest dose is 15mg.
