Start journey Learn moreOrder your next Mounjaro pen before your current supply runs out — ideally with enough lead time that a clinical review, prescription issue and next-working-day delivery can all complete without a gap in your weekly schedule. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, so every order requires a prescriber to review your case before anything is dispatched. At nume, that review happens the same day you submit your consultation, and orders placed by 12pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day once clinically approved, arriving free via tracked DPD the next working day. That means three to four days before your pen runs out is a sensible minimum; the day it runs out is too late.
At your door the next working day.

How it works
Tell us about your health, history and goals. Free, online, and confidential — no commitment, no waiting room.
Our team reviews your health the same day — never an algorithm, and approves your treatment there and then if eligible.
Order by 12pm, dispatched same day, delivered free the next working day — the nume Promise.
Mounjaro's clinical programme was built around a strict once-weekly schedule. In SURMOUNT-1, the pivotal trial whose results NEJM published in 2022, participants injected on the same day each week throughout the 72-week study. The weight outcomes (average reductions of around 20–21% of body weight at the highest dose) were observed under those consistent conditions. Letting weeks slip between doses is not the same treatment.
NICE's appraisal of tirzepatide, TA1026, also notes that clinical response is reviewed at the six-month mark: if less than 5% weight loss has occurred at the highest tolerated dose, continuing treatment is reassessed. Gaps caused by late reordering can muddy that picture. Your prescriber needs an accurate read of how the medicine has actually worked, and an unintended break doesn't help anyone make that call clearly.
None of this is to alarm, a day or two is unlikely to change anything materially. The point is that Mounjaro works as a weekly medicine, not an occasional one, and the logistics of getting a prescription-only medicine to your door need to be factored into your weekly rhythm just as the injection itself does.
Each Mounjaro KwikPen contains four weekly doses, so you have roughly a month's supply per pen. The practical reorder window is days 21–25 of that four-week period. Submit your consultation by then and, assuming your prescriber approves it the same day, your next pen can be with you before the current one is finished.
A few things shift that window. Bank holidays suspend DPD's next-working-day service, so if a holiday falls between your order and your injection day, add an extra day to your calculation. It is worth thinking about payday timing too: if you order on a Monday, your pen arrives Tuesday with next-day delivery; a Friday order before 12pm means Tuesday delivery at the earliest, with the weekend in between. These are small logistics, but they matter when you are on a fixed weekly schedule.
Transfer patients and those moving to a higher dose go through an additional evidence check at our clinical team before the prescription is issued, that is standard clinical practice, not an obstacle. Build in a day's extra buffer if either applies to you. Details on the reorder process are also covered on our guide to reorder timing and our FAQs page.
Mounjaro is a Prescription-Only Medicine under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. The only lawful route to it in the UK is a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber, dispensed by a GPhC-registered pharmacy. There is no shortcut, not through social media sellers, not through overseas websites, not through sellers advertising pens without a clinical assessment attached.
The MHRA has warned publicly and repeatedly about counterfeit weight-loss pens circulating online. In October 2025, enforcement teams raided the first illicit UK site producing fake tirzepatide pens, and across 2025 approximately 20 million doses of illegally traded weight-loss medicines were seized, with an estimated street value of around £45 million. Fake pens have been found to contain insulin rather than the medicine on the label, causing serious harm. You can report a suspect seller at the MHRA's Yellow Card site.
Before ordering from any online pharmacy, check it on the GPhC register. Our pharmacy's registration number is 9012878, verifiable directly on the GPhC register. Any legitimate online pharmacy in the UK will have an equivalent entry. If a seller cannot point you to one, that is a serious red flag. More on the full buying process, including what to look for in a regulated provider, is on our guide to buying Mounjaro online.
Yes, the same process applies whether this is your first pen or your fifth. Every order at nume's Mounjaro service (sorry, at our Mounjaro service) begins with a free consultation that a GPhC-registered prescriber reviews the same day. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Each repeat order is clinically re-reviewed before a prescription is issued. That is a deliberate policy: a prescriber who reviews your case at every order can catch changes in your health, adjust the dose, or raise a concern that an auto-renewal system would simply miss.
Eligibility for private treatment follows the licensed criteria: adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above alongside a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol or obstructive sleep apnoea. BMI alone is not the whole picture, and our guide to when you should order your next Mounjaro pen explains how to fit the prescriber review into your schedule so your dose never lapses. If you are considering Mounjaro for the first time, our weight-loss overview explains how it compares with other licensed options. To check your eligibility and get started, the free consultation page is the right place.
