If aftercare costs extra, that's not a bundle; that's an itemised bill with one line missing.

The true cost of a Mounjaro bundle is the sum of everything you need to treat safely: clinical assessment, prescription, medicine, delivery and ongoing support. A price that excludes two or three of those items isn't a bundle at all.

Eli Lilly's September 2025 list price revision changed the landscape significantly. Before that date, the highest-dose pen carried a list price of around £122; after it, that rose to roughly £330. For a prescription medicine, the cheapest listing answers the wrong question

Tirzepatide (the active medicine in Mounjaro) is a prescription-only medicine under UK law. That means it can only be legally supplied following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. The MHRA has issued repeated warnings about counterfeit weight-loss pens sold without a prescription online and via social media; some contained insulin rather than the stated medicine. Enforcement in 2025 led to seizures of around 20 million doses of illegally traded weight-loss medicines and the first UK raid on a counterfeit tirzepatide manufacturing site.

Red flags to watch for: prices well below the market range described above, sellers offering Mounjaro without a full clinical consultation, or any bundle offered without a verifiable GPhC-registered pharmacy behind it.
