Mounjaro®
Starting from £179.99/mo
Start journey Learn moreUK private Mounjaro prices typically range from roughly £149 to £375 per month, depending on the dose and provider — and any legitimate price must include a prescription issued after a clinical assessment, because Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine. The cheapest Mounjaro prices you'll find online aren't always what they first appear, and understanding what sits behind a headline figure matters more than the figure itself. A prescriber decides suitability; no price changes that.

It's an easy assumption to make. You see two prices side by side, one noticeably lower, and you reach for the obvious conclusion. The problem is that Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, which means the price on the page is only part of what you're actually paying for, or not paying for, if a provider has stripped things out to look competitive.
Eli Lilly raised its UK list price significantly from 1 September 2025. The highest-dose pen moved from around £122 to around £330 at list; private providers have adjusted accordingly, and the range of Mounjaro prices across the UK market now typically sits between roughly £149 and £375 per month by dose, as widely reported. Those figures are real, but they describe the medicine alone, before you ask what the consultation, the prescription, the delivery and ongoing clinical support add up to.
A price that looks like the cheapest Mounjaro price available may simply be one where the clinical scaffolding has been removed, unbundled into separate charges, or skipped entirely. And for a prescription medicine that requires proper dose titration and monitoring, that scaffolding isn't optional decoration. It's the point. So before you sort by price, it's worth knowing what you're sorting.
This isn't a criticism of any particular provider, it's just how pricing structures work in a competitive market. Some things routinely sit outside the headline number.
Consultation fees are the most common omission. Some services charge separately for the initial clinical assessment, which can add £20–£50 or more on top of the medicine cost. Others bundle it in, so the numbers only look comparable once you read the full breakdown. The full picture of Mounjaro pricing includes a clinical review at every stage, not just at sign-up.
Prescription charges are another variable. A GPhC-registered pharmacy must issue a prescription before dispensing; some providers charge for this separately, some roll it into the total. Delivery is similar, next-day tracked delivery of a temperature-sensitive medicine costs money, and services that advertise a lower total may be adding it back at checkout.
Aftercare is the one that matters most clinically. Dose titration for tirzepatide typically runs across several months, and questions come up. If support between orders isn't included, or requires a paid follow-up, that changes the real monthly cost considerably. Our commonly asked questions give a clearer picture of what's involved in a properly supervised course of treatment.
We are not the cheapest option in the UK market, and we didn't set out to be. The price you pay with nume covers the consultation, the prescription, the medicine, next-working-day DPD delivery and 7-day aftercare, one figure, nothing added at checkout, no subscription that renews without your say-so. Every repeat order goes back to a prescriber for a fresh clinical review before anything is dispatched.
Our pharmacy holds GPhC premises registration 9012878, verifiable on the GPhC register. Medicines come through the licensed UK supply chain. If you order by 12pm on a working day and your consultation is approved, treatment leaves the same day. If the total on our treatment page is higher than a number you've seen elsewhere, that's intentional, the difference is in what's included.
One thing our prescribers hear regularly: people who started somewhere cheaper and ended up paying again for the support they didn't get first time. It adds up. The guide to finding legitimate Mounjaro treatment in the UK covers the questions worth asking any provider before you hand over card details.
The MHRA has issued repeated warnings about counterfeit weight-loss pens sold online, some containing insulin, some hospitalising people. In October 2025 a site in Northampton was raided for producing fake tirzepatide pens. If you're trying to find the cheapest Mounjaro pen from a trustworthy source, it's worth knowing that sellers offering Mounjaro without a prescription, through social media, or at prices significantly below the market range are red flags, not bargains. The MHRA's Yellow Card scheme lets you report suspect sellers.
Verifying any online pharmacy takes about thirty seconds on the GPhC pharmacy register. If a service isn't listed, it cannot legally dispense prescription medicines in the UK, and no discount makes that safer. If you work in the emergency services or NHS and are wondering whether a Mounjaro Blue Light discount is available to you, that's worth checking directly with providers rather than assuming a low headline price reflects any kind of verified scheme. The cheapest listing in a search results page doesn't tell you whether a prescriber saw your medical history, whether the pen is genuine, or whether anyone will pick up when you need advice at 8pm on a Saturday.
For a prescription medicine like Mounjaro, the right question isn't which price is lowest. It's which service gives you genuine medicine, proper clinical oversight and somewhere to turn if something doesn't feel right. That's what we built. If you'd like to speak to our prescribers, the consultation is free and takes a few minutes to start.
