Step 3, injection technique, sites and rotating to avoid skin changes

Side effects to know about and when to get medical help

The most frequently reported effects with the semaglutide fat loss injection are gastrointestinal: nausea, loose stools, constipation, burping and indigestion are the commonest. These usually peak in the first few days after a new or increased dose and settle over days to a couple of weeks. Some effects require prompt medical attention.
