What headline prices usually leave out

A quoted monthly figure for Mounjaro rarely tells the whole story. Some providers charge separately for the initial consultation, the prescription, follow-up clinical reviews, dose-increase checks, and delivery. Add those together and a headline price that looked competitive can end up costing more than a higher advertised number that bundles everything in.

The items most commonly excluded from a headline price are: a clinical consultation fee (sometimes £25–£75 or more), an ongoing prescription charge per order, delivery (standard tracked or next-day), and aftercare access between doses. Why price is the wrong place to start your comparison

Mounjaro is a Prescription-Only Medicine. Under UK law it can only be supplied legally following a genuine clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber, and that assessment exists to protect you, not to add cost.
