Mounjaro®
Starting from £179.99/mo
Start journey Learn moreThere is no discount code for Mounjaro 7.5mg — not from nume, and not from any legitimate UK source. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine; promoting it through discounts or vouchers would breach UK advertising rules that apply to all prescribers and pharmacies. What you can do is understand exactly how UK private pricing works, what a fair all-inclusive price looks like, and what red flags to watch for from sellers offering codes that do exist. This page covers all three.

Private Mounjaro pricing in the UK operates per pen, per four-week supply. Eli Lilly raised the UK list price significantly from 1 September 2025 (the highest doses rose from roughly £122 to around £330 per pen at list price) and private providers set their own rates on top of that. Reported market pricing since that change sits roughly between £149 and £375 per month depending on the dose and the provider, though figures shift and should always be verified directly. The full picture on Mounjaro pricing in the UK breaks this down by dose tier if you want the detail.
7.5mg sits mid-ladder. It is a step up from the 5mg dose, and a step below 10mg, which the MHRA's product information covers as part of the licensed titration schedule. The pen you receive at 7.5mg is the same KwikPen format used across all doses; what changes is the medicine concentration inside it.
When you compare prices between providers, start by checking what the quoted figure actually includes. A number by itself tells you very little.
Some providers quote a per-pen price that covers just the medicine. Consultation fees are charged separately, sometimes £30 to £60 per appointment. Prescription fees can be additional. Delivery costs are often added at checkout. Ongoing clinical support or dose-review calls may be billed per session. There is no regulatory requirement to bundle these, so providers don't have to.
Add those figures to a low headline price and the real monthly cost often lands closer to mid-market than it first appeared. The overview of how Mounjaro works in the UK includes context on what a clinically appropriate service looks like beyond the pen itself, which is worth reading before making a decision on provider purely by price.
Worth checking: before you commit to any provider, open the GPhC pharmacy register and search their name. It takes under a minute. If they're not listed, walk away.
We are not the cheapest option available. That is a deliberate choice. One transparent price at nume covers the consultation, the prescription, the medicine itself, same-day dispatch once your prescriber approves it, and free next-working-day tracked delivery via DPD. No bolt-on fees at any stage. If you need to contact us, aftercare is available seven days a week, that is included too.
Every consultation at nume is reviewed personally by a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber, not routed through automated decision software. For a repeat order, or a dose increase to 7.5mg, a real clinician re-reviews your case before anything is dispensed. The current treatment pricing is shown on the weight-loss treatments page, we don't publish per-pen figures in editorial copy because pricing can move, and we'd rather you see the live number than a stale one.
Discount codes and vouchers for prescription-only medicines are a compliance red flag. The MHRA has explicitly warned the public about sellers offering weight-loss injections through social media channels and unverified online routes, in some enforcement operations, seized pens have contained incorrect or dangerous substances rather than the medicine on the label. The MHRA's Yellow Card scheme lets you report suspected counterfeit or unlicensed sellers directly.
A legitimate pharmacy will not offer a promotional code for a prescription medicine. If you see one, treat it as a signal to check the seller's GPhC registration before going further. Sellers promoting a Mounjaro injection discount code, pricing far below the market range, or codes attached are worth treating with scepticism regardless of how professional the website looks. The question to ask is not which listing is cheapest, but which service will actually keep you safe while you're on treatment.
It is also worth knowing that pages advertising a discount code specifically for the 5mg dose or those promoting a discount code for the 10mg dose raise the same concerns, since the dose tier does not change the regulatory position on promotional codes for prescription medicines. If you want a broader picture of what is out there, our guidance on Mounjaro discount codes and why they warrant caution covers the topic in more detail.
If you're transferring from another provider, or moving up to 7.5mg and want a clinical review before the next pen, our prescribers can assess your case. Read more about who we are and how our pharmacy is regulated, or head straight to the consultation page to get started.
