Start journey Learn moreIf you've searched for a Mounjaro discount code, here's the direct answer: none exist from any legitimate UK source. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, and UK regulations prohibit promotional discounts on POMs — which means any code promising cheaper tirzepatide should raise an immediate red flag. Here's what you actually need to know about pricing, what to watch out for, and how a regulated UK service like nume approaches the cost question honestly.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a Prescription-Only Medicine. Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, advertising or promoting a POM to the public is prohibited, and offering a discount code tied to a specific medicine is a form of promotion. This isn't a grey area; the MHRA is explicit that GLP-1 medicines are not assessed for quick or cosmetic weight loss, and that promotional activity around them is unlawful. A genuine, regulated pharmacy operating within the law simply cannot offer a Mounjaro discount code, for any dose, in any format.
That applies equally to codes labelled as a Blue Light discount on Mounjaro, referral links, influencer codes, or seasonal sales. If a seller is offering one, they are either outside the law, dispensing without proper clinical oversight, or selling something that isn't what it claims to be. None of those outcomes are worth the saving.
Worth knowing: Eli Lilly, the manufacturer, raised its UK list prices significantly from September 2025, the highest dose moving from around £122 to around £330 per four-week pen, as widely reported at the time. Private pharmacy prices since then have typically ranged between roughly £149 and £375 per month, depending on dose and provider, and if you are wondering whether a Mounjaro 5mg discount code could bring those starting-dose costs down, the legal position described above applies just as firmly there. Those are the real market figures, hedged because prices vary.
When you see a Mounjaro price quoted online, check what it actually covers. Many headline figures exclude the consultation fee charged before a prescription can be issued. Some add a separate prescription fee on top. Delivery is charged by some providers. Aftercare (access to a clinician between orders, dose-increase reviews, support if side effects become difficult) is often left out entirely or paywalled behind an add-on. A low per-pen figure can look appealing on payday, or on a Monday morning when you're motivated to start, but the full monthly cost once you add those items can be considerably higher.
The thing our prescribers hear regularly from people who've transferred to us from other services: they didn't realise their previous provider's price didn't include a clinical review before each repeat order. For a medicine that requires dose titration and ongoing monitoring, that matters. The real cost of Mounjaro is worth understanding before you commit to any provider.
A prescription medicine also has a correct storage and handling chain. Mounjaro pens are refrigerated at 2–8°C; if a deal sounds too cheap, it's reasonable to ask how that supply was obtained and stored, and searching for a Mounjaro 7.5 discount code as you move up the titration schedule is a natural impulse, but those same questions about source and storage apply with equal force to any below-market offer you encounter. The GPhC register lets you verify any UK pharmacy in seconds, that check costs nothing and takes thirty seconds.
We don't run discount codes for Mounjaro. We don't offer vouchers, seasonal promotions or referral codes. We lose the price comparison deliberately, that is a considered decision, not an oversight.
What the single price at nume's weight-loss service covers: a free clinical consultation, a free prescription issued the same day by a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber who reads your answers personally (not software), the treatment itself, and free next-working-day delivery by DPD in plain packaging. Every repeat order goes through the same clinical review. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no aftercare paywall.
Current treatment pricing is listed on our treatment page, we don't print per-pen prices in articles because they can change and we want you to see the current figure. What doesn't change is the structure: one price, everything included, no hidden items.
The MHRA has warned repeatedly about counterfeit and illegally supplied weight-loss medicines sold online. Fake pens have been seized in the tens of thousands. Some contained insulin rather than tirzepatide, with serious consequences for the people who used them. An illicit manufacturing site producing counterfeit tirzepatide pens was raided in the UK in late 2025, representing approximately twenty million doses of illegally traded weight-loss medicines with a street value around £45 million.
Discount codes for Mounjaro from unverified sellers are one of the clearest red flags the MHRA identifies, and that includes searches for a Mounjaro 10mg discount code at the higher end of the titration schedule, where the legitimate market price is at its highest and the temptation to find a shortcut is understandable but the counterfeit risk is no less real. A code that makes a prescription medicine significantly cheaper than the legitimate market rate is a signal to pause, not proceed. You can report suspect sellers directly to the MHRA at the Yellow Card scheme, which handles both side-effect reports and product safety concerns.
If you want to understand more about the wider clinical picture before starting, our Mounjaro information page covers how the medicine works, who it's licensed for, and how the dose schedule is structured, all useful context before your consultation. And if you have specific questions about the consultation process itself, the FAQs are a practical starting point.
For anyone ready to take the next step, the right route is a proper clinical assessment. Start your free consultation and a prescriber will review your case the same day.
