The Mounjaro Price List: What UK Private Costs Actually Include

Free clinical consultation, personally reviewed by a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber (the same day, every time
Prescription issued at no extra charge once you are clinically approved
Genuine Mounjaro sourced through the licensed UK supply chain, with free next-working-day DPD delivery in plain, unbranded packaging
Priority aftercare seven days a week and a full clinical review before every repeat order) no subscription, no auto-renewal

The UK private market for Mounjaro does not publish a single fixed price list — costs vary by dose and provider, and any legitimate price covers more than just the pen. Since Eli Lilly raised UK list prices on 1 September 2025, private monthly costs have ranged roughly £149–£375 depending on dose and clinic, as widely reported. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine: a prescriber must assess your suitability before any supply is lawful. That clinical step is not optional, and any price that seems to leave it out deserves close scrutiny.

Why the cheapest Mounjaro listing is usually the most expensive lesson

The myth: there is one standard Mounjaro price list everyone charges from

It is easy to assume that because Mounjaro is a single licensed medicine, it has a single price. It does not. Eli Lilly sets a UK list price — and that list price changed significantly in September 2025, with the highest dose rising from roughly £122 to around £330 per four-week pen, as widely reported, and you can see the current figures on our Mounjaro new price list page. Private providers then price above or around that wholesale cost, accounting for clinical overheads, dispensing, delivery and aftercare. The gap between the lowest and highest provider can exceed £100 at the same dose.

What makes comparison harder is that published headline figures rarely describe the same thing. One clinic's £149 may include consultation and next-day delivery. Another's might be the pen price alone, with a £30 prescription fee and delivery on top. Our Mounjaro price comparison page walks through what those differences look like in practice, but the short version is: always ask what the quoted number actually covers before treating it as comparable.

The other variable is dose. Mounjaro is titrated, treatment starts at 2.5 mg to allow your system to adjust, then moves upward in steps as clinically appropriate. The pen you receive at month one is not the pen you will likely be on at month six. Any honest price list has to account for that progression, and many do not.

What headline prices typically leave out of the Mounjaro list price

A quoted price for Mounjaro can legitimately omit several things that add to the real monthly outlay. Consultation fees are the most common exclusion: some providers charge £20–£50 per appointment, and clinical re-reviews before each repeat order can attract the same charge again. Prescription fees are sometimes separate. Delivery, particularly tracked next-day delivery with temperature-controlled packaging for an injectable medicine, adds a further cost that not every provider absorbs.

Aftercare is a murkier omission. Managed titration, dose-review support and access to a prescriber if you develop side effects are not optional extras, they are part of responsible prescribing. Yet they rarely appear on a price-comparison grid. The Mounjaro pricing guide on our site sets out the categories of cost to ask about before you commit to any provider.

One practical note: when your order ships from our pharmacy, you receive a DPD tracking link so you know exactly when to expect the box. It arrives plain, nothing on the outside to indicate what is inside. The pen itself is exactly as Eli Lilly supplies it through the authorised UK chain, a KwikPen pre-loaded with your prescribed dose, with the PIL inside. What the box contains matters as much as when it arrives, which brings us to the question of where these pens actually come from.

The Mounjaro UK price list and what it cannot tell you about safety

Price is a proxy, and sometimes a misleading one. The MHRA has warned publicly and repeatedly about counterfeit weight-loss pens entering the UK through online and social-media sellers, fake pens have contained incorrect substances including insulin, and in October 2025 the first domestic manufacturing site producing counterfeit tirzepatide pens was raided. Sellers operating outside the licensed supply chain can undercut legitimate pharmacies precisely because they do not carry the costs of genuine medicine, verified dispensing, or clinical oversight.

Red flags include prices well below the market range described above, and if you want to understand where our costs sit relative to the wider market, our Mounjaro discount price list page explains how we approach reduced pricing responsibly. You can verify any online pharmacy using the GPhC register, our pharmacy registration number is 9012878. Suspect sellers can be reported directly via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. For a prescription medicine with a real clinical risk profile, the cheapest listing answers the wrong question. The right question is whether the supply is genuine, the prescribing is lawful, and the aftercare is real.

At nume, we are transparent that we are not the cheapest option in the market. That is deliberate. Our price covers one consultation, one prescription, the medicine itself sourced through the licensed UK supply chain, next-working-day delivery, and aftercare seven days a week, and if you are wondering whether our prices match what you have seen elsewhere, our Mounjaro price match page sets out our position on that. You can read more about how we work on our about page or review our clinical team's approach via our clinical lead's profile. If you want to understand the full Mounjaro price landscape before deciding, our Mounjaro overview covers the medicine in detail. When you are ready to take the next step, start your free consultation and a prescriber will review your information the same day.
