There is no discount price list for Mounjaro in the UK. As a prescription-only medicine, Mounjaro cannot legally be advertised with promotional pricing, discount codes or sale offers — and any provider doing so should give you pause. Private treatment prices do vary, but the honest starting point is understanding what a legitimate, all-inclusive price covers and what a bare headline figure often hides. Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is available through private regulated pharmacies following a clinical assessment by a prescriber; what you pay should reflect the full picture of that care, not just the pen itself. You can read more about how Mounjaro is priced across UK providers for broader context before deciding.

Why Mounjaro Pricing Looks Complicated, and How to Read It Clearly

Step 1: Understand what UK private Mounjaro actually costs

Since Eli Lilly adjusted their UK list price in September 2025, the market has shifted significantly. Reported prices for a four-week Mounjaro pen now range roughly £149 to £375 per month depending on the dose and the provider, with the higher maintenance doses sitting toward the top of that band. Those figures circulate widely in the press and are worth knowing, but they are a starting point, not a final answer. Private providers set their own prices, and the dose you start on (2.5mg, designed to let your body adjust before treatment becomes therapeutic) will typically sit at the lower end of that range. As treatment progresses through the licensed schedule (2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg and beyond), the monthly cost changes. The full Mounjaro price list covers how that progression works in practice.

The key legal point: Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine. Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, POMs cannot be advertised to the public with promotional pricing. A genuine, MHRA-regulated supplier does not run flash sales on tirzepatide. If you have seen what looks like a discount price list promising significant savings off market rates, that is a flag to check the source carefully, not a deal to chase.

Step 2: Check what the headline price actually includes

A lower headline number does not always mean a lower total cost. Across UK private providers, charges that sometimes sit outside the advertised per-pen price include the initial consultation fee, the prescription fee, delivery (which can be a flat charge per order), and ongoing clinical support or dose-review access. Platforms that charge separately for each of these can make a modest per-pen price look quite different once the full invoice arrives.

There is a common misconception that you are simply buying a pen, the way you might order a supplement online. Mounjaro requires a prescriber to assess your medical history, current medications, weight and any relevant conditions before each supply. That assessment is clinical work, and it carries a cost. When providers separate it out, the comparison becomes hard to make; when it is bundled into one price, at least you know the total before you commit. Our Mounjaro treatment page explains exactly what a consultation with us involves.

Step 3: Know where nume stands, and why

We are not the cheapest option in this market. That is a deliberate decision, not an oversight. A price that excludes consultation, prescription review or aftercare is not a saving, it is a transfer of risk onto you. Our single price covers the consultation, the prescription, the treatment, and free next-working-day tracked delivery, plus access to our clinical team throughout. Nothing is added at checkout.

Our pharmacy is GPhC-registered (registration 9012878, verifiable on the GPhC register), and every consultation is reviewed by a named GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber. Medicines come through the licensed UK supply chain. If you want to know more about the team behind those decisions, you can read about our clinical leadership. Current treatment pricing is shown in full on the treatment page, where you can also start your free consultation.

Step 4: Why cheapest is the wrong question for a prescription medicine

Price is a reasonable thing to think about. But for a prescription medicine, the cheapest listing answers the wrong question. The MHRA has warned publicly about fake weight-loss pens sold online and through social media, counterfeit tirzepatide pens have been found in the UK, and in 2025 enforcement actions involved approximately 20 million doses of illegally traded weight-loss medicines worth around £45 million. Some fake pens have caused serious harm. The regulator's guidance is clear: report suspect sellers via the Yellow Card scheme, and only obtain prescription medicines through a pharmacy you can verify.

Prices that sit well below the current market range (or sellers offering Mounjaro without requiring a clinical assessment) are red flags, not bargains. If you have come across a discount code for the 5mg dose or a discount code for the 7.5mg dose from an unverified source, these are signals something is wrong with the supply chain, not evidence of a genuine deal. A small saving is not the measure that keeps you safe. The right question is whether the provider is regulated, whether a prescriber is genuinely reviewing your case, and whether the medicine is sourced through the authorised UK supply chain. You can check more about what legitimate access looks like on our weight-loss treatments overview. For questions our clinical team hears regularly on this topic, the FAQs page is a good next read.
