Mounjaro®
Starting from £179.99/mo
Start journey Learn moreMounjaro's UK private prices rose significantly from 1 September 2025, when Eli Lilly increased its list price — the highest dose moved from around £122 to around £330 per four-week pen, and prices across all doses shifted accordingly. That is a material change, and if you have been researching treatment costs, the figures you saw six months ago are now out of date. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine: any legitimate private route requires a clinical assessment by a registered prescriber before treatment can be dispensed, and the price you pay should reflect that clinical care, not just the pen itself.

That confusion is understandable, and it is happening to a lot of people right now. Before September 2025, the per-pen list price for Mounjaro's higher doses was well under £200. Then Eli Lilly revised its UK pricing, and the market adjusted accordingly. Typical private prices since then range roughly £149–£375 per month depending on dose and provider, as widely reported following Lilly's UK announcement. The variation across that range exists because different services bundle different things into their headline figure.
There is a common misconception worth putting to rest gently: the pen price is not the treatment price. What you see advertised is often the cost of the medicine alone. Factor in a consultation fee, a prescription charge, delivery and any follow-up support, and a headline figure that looked affordable can climb quickly. That is not a criticism of any particular service, it is just the maths of how private healthcare is priced, and it is worth knowing before you compare. A fuller breakdown of how Mounjaro is priced across the private market covers the component costs in more detail.
The dose you are prescribed also matters. Treatment begins at 2.5mg (a starter dose designed to let your system settle) and is titrated upward by a prescriber, typically in four-week steps. Higher doses cost more, so the monthly figure you pay in month one is not necessarily the figure you will pay in month six. Any service that quotes you a single price without clarifying which dose it covers is leaving something out.
If you were already on treatment before September 2025, the increase will have shown up in your repeat cost. If you are starting now, the new prices are simply the market you are entering. Either way, what the new Mounjaro pricing structure looks like across doses is worth reading before you commit to any provider.
One practical point: Mounjaro is sourced through the licensed UK supply chain, with medicines supplied through Eli Lilly's authorised distribution network. The new list price applies across that supply chain, which means no legitimate UK pharmacy can offer Mounjaro meaningfully below market rate without cutting something else, usually the clinical infrastructure around it. When a price looks unexpectedly low, that is the question to ask: what has been removed?
At nume, we made a deliberate choice not to compete on price. Cheapest is not a race we entered. Our single transparent price covers the consultation, the prescription, the treatment itself and free next-working-day DPD delivery, nothing added at checkout. Current treatment pricing is on our treatment page, and it reflects the new Mounjaro price structure honestly. We do not run discount codes or promotional offers; why Mounjaro discount codes are a red flag rather than a saving is worth reading if you have seen them circulating.
Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine. In the UK, it is illegal to supply it without a valid prescription following a proper clinical assessment. The MHRA has warned publicly about fake weight-loss pens sold online and via social media, and enforcement action in 2025 included the first raid on an illicit UK site producing counterfeit tirzepatide pens. The harm from a counterfeit pen is not theoretical.
Before ordering from any online pharmacy, check that it appears on the GPhC pharmacy register. A GPhC registration number should be displayed prominently. You can verify more about how Mounjaro is regulated and dispensed in the UK if you want to understand what a legitimate service looks like step by step. Sellers offering Mounjaro without requiring a prescription, via social media or at prices far below the current market, are red flags, not bargains. Suspect sellers can be reported at the MHRA's Yellow Card scheme.
The right question for a prescription medicine is not which service is cheapest, but which service can demonstrate it is safe, legitimate and properly supervised. Those are not the same question, and the gap between them is where counterfeit product enters the picture.
Our clinical consultation is free. You complete a health questionnaire online, verify your identity with photo ID and confirm your weight on a brief video call. A named GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber reads your answers the same day. If you are clinically suitable and you order by midday Monday to Friday, treatment is dispatched the same day and arrives the next working day via DPD tracked delivery, in plain unbranded packaging. There is no subscription: every repeat order is clinically re-reviewed before it goes out.
If you have questions before starting, our FAQ page covers the most common ones, and our clinical team's background is on the prescribers page if you want to know who is reviewing your case. For a dose-level look at how pricing has shifted, the 5mg dose price page gives a useful mid-range reference point. A direct comparison of the new Mounjaro price points by dose is also available if you want to plan ahead before your consultation.
