Eli Lilly raised its UK list price from 1 September 2025: the highest-dose pen moved from around £122 to around £330 in list terms, and typical private market prices since then have ranged roughly £149–£375 per month depending on dose and provider, as widely reported at the time.

What headline prices often leave out

Some advertised prices cover the pen and nothing else. Consultation fees, prescription charges, delivery costs and aftercare access can all sit outside the headline figure, added at checkout or simply not offered at all. A price that looks £30 cheaper can turn out level or more expensive once those items are factored in.
