Start journey Learn moreWegovy coupons do not exist in the UK. Wegovy (semaglutide) is a prescription-only medicine, and UK law prohibits advertising or discounting prescription medicines to the public — so any coupon or promo code you see attached to it online is either American content that doesn't apply here, or a red flag. What the price of a legitimate UK private prescription actually includes, and why the cheapest listing rarely tells the full story, is worth understanding before you decide where to go.

No, and the reason is worth knowing rather than just accepting. Wegovy is a Prescription-Only Medicine (POM) under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. UK law bars the promotion of POMs to the public, and the MHRA has been clear that GLP-1 medicines are not assessed for quick or cosmetic weight loss. That framework means legitimate UK pharmacies and clinics cannot run discount codes, flash sales or coupon schemes tied to the medicine itself, doing so would breach advertising rules.
Most of the coupon content you find online originates in the United States, where Novo Nordisk has at various points offered a Wegovy savings card for insured patients. That scheme has no bearing on UK pricing and UK supply. It cannot be used here. If a UK-facing website is offering a promo code for Wegovy, treat that as a warning, not a saving.
For a broader picture of what private treatment costs across the market, our Wegovy price comparison guide sets out the market context honestly, without naming competitors.
Private Wegovy pricing in the UK is typically quoted per pen or per month and varies by dose and provider. Since Eli Lilly's September 2025 list-price revision for Mounjaro prompted wider repricing across GLP-1 medicines, reported private market prices for Wegovy range roughly £149–£375 per month depending on dose and clinic, hedged figures based on widely reported market data, not a commitment from any single provider.
What those headline numbers often leave out matters as much as what they include. Some providers charge separately for the initial consultation, for the prescription itself, or for delivery. Aftercare (the clinical oversight between doses that keeps treatment safe) can be billed as an add-on or bundled into a monthly subscription. If you are also trying to work out how much Wegovy injections cost across different providers and dose stages, read the full breakdown of what Wegovy injection costs typically involve before comparing two prices side by side, because the gap between them is often just cost shifted rather than cost saved.
As a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (registration number 9012878, verifiable at the GPhC register), nume includes consultation, prescription, treatment, delivery and ongoing aftercare in one transparent price. We are deliberately not the cheapest option in the market. That is a considered position, not an oversight.
A small saving on a prescription medicine isn't the measure that keeps you safe. The MHRA has issued repeated public warnings about fake weight-loss pens sold online, including the seizure of approximately 20 million doses of illegally traded medicines worth around £45 million, and the discovery of a UK site producing counterfeit tirzepatide pens. Fake pens have been found containing insulin, a very different drug with genuinely dangerous consequences when injected without medical supervision.
The NHS guidance on weight-management injections is clear: these medicines should be obtained through a regulated clinical pathway. That means a real prescription, from a real prescriber who has reviewed your health, dispensed by a pharmacy you can verify. Sellers offering Wegovy without a prescription, or at prices far below the market range, or with discount codes attached, are worth treating with serious scepticism, and any suspect seller can be reported via the MHRA's Yellow Card scheme.
Wegovy is also now available in a 7.2mg dose following MHRA approval in early 2026, and if you are curious about details such as how much liquid is in a Wegovy pen at each dose stage, the treatment has an expanding evidence base, there is real clinical value here. Protecting that value means choosing a regulated route rather than hunting down the cheapest Wegovy weight loss injections without checking what clinical oversight, if any, comes with them. If you want to understand what treatment through nume involves, a free consultation with our prescribers is the right starting point.
