How a Wegovy Prescription Works in the UK

Step 1: Complete a clinical consultation

The first step is a structured health consultation. For a private online prescription this happens through a regulated service, you answer questions covering your weight history, current health conditions, medications and relevant lifestyle factors. This is not a formality. The clinical information you provide is what a prescriber uses to judge whether Wegovy is appropriate for you specifically, and whether anything in your history (certain gastrointestinal conditions, a history of pancreatitis, pregnancy, or specific medications) would make it unsuitable.

Step 3: Dispensing and delivery
