Mounjaro®
Starting from £179.99/mo
Start journey Learn moreThere is no Mounjaro new customer discount available from any legitimate UK source, and that includes nume. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine — UK regulations do not allow pharmacies or clinics to offer promotional discounts on POMs. If you've spotted a code promising a first-order saving on tirzepatide, that's a red flag worth taking seriously. What a reputable service can offer is a single, transparent price that covers everything from your first consultation to the pen arriving at your door.

Short answer: no. Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a Prescription-Only Medicine, regulated under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. The MHRA's guidance on GLP-1 medicines is explicit: these are not consumer products to be advertised, discounted or promoted to the public. A pharmacy offering a first-order code, a welcome voucher or a percentage off your pen is, by definition, advertising a POM, which is prohibited.
This is worth knowing because searches for discount codes on prescription medicines do surface results. Some of those results lead to legitimate information pages (like this one) explaining why codes don't exist. Others lead somewhere less reassuring. The GPhC's online pharmacy register lets you verify any UK seller in about thirty seconds, it's the first check worth making before you hand over payment details to anyone.
You can also read more about how UK pricing for tirzepatide actually works on our Mounjaro price guide, which covers what you're typically paying for and how costs vary by dose.
Private weight-loss treatment is priced per pen, per month, and the headline figure isn't always the full picture. Since Eli Lilly raised Mounjaro's UK list price in September 2025 (the highest-dose pen's list price rose from around £122 to around £330) private providers have repriced accordingly, and if you're trying to understand Mounjaro prices near me from local and online providers, typical private market prices range roughly £149–£375 a month depending on dose and provider, as widely reported at the time.
What that figure sometimes excludes: a consultation fee charged separately, a prescription-writing fee on top, a delivery charge, and any clinical support between orders. A low headline number can look attractive right up to the point you add those costs back in. Our Mounjaro discount price list page goes into more detail on how to read a quote before committing to it.
There's a common misconception that a cheaper first order means a cheaper course of treatment overall. In practice, the costs that matter most are the ongoing ones, the repeated clinical reviews, the dose-increase assessments, the support if you have side effects. Those don't always show up in the introductory number.
We are not the cheapest option, and we made that choice deliberately. Our price covers one thing: everything. One figure, no additions. That means your consultation, the prescriber's clinical review, the prescription itself, your treatment, and next-working-day tracked delivery to your door. There are no subscription tie-ins, no auto-renewals, and no repeat order goes out without a fresh clinical review by a real prescriber, not automated software.
Every consultation at nume is reviewed personally by a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber. Order before 12pm Monday to Friday and, once your case has been approved as clinically suitable, your treatment dispatches the same day. The current treatment pricing is shown clearly on our weight-loss treatments page, no per-pen prices buried in small print.
If you're an existing patient curious about what's available at your current dose, the information for existing customers covers this honestly too.
For a prescription medicine, price is a secondary consideration to supply chain integrity. The MHRA has repeatedly warned about fake weight-loss pens sold via social media and unverified online sellers, and patients searching for a Mounjaro 5mg discount code or a Mounjaro 7.5 discount code are among those most likely to land on the unverified sellers the regulator describes, since counterfeit tirzepatide pens were among around 20 million doses of illegally traded weight-loss medicines seized in 2025, worth approximately £45 million, including the first UK manufacturing site producing fake pens raided in Northampton. Those pens looked real. Some contained insulin. The MHRA's Yellow Card scheme lets you report any suspect seller or product directly.
Sellers offering Mounjaro without a prescription, at prices well below the market range, or with discount codes as an incentive, are displaying exactly the red flags the regulator describes. That's not frugality, it's a risk that has hospitalised people.
What the right price buys you is a licensed UK supply chain, a prescriber who has actually read your medical history, and a pharmacy you can look up on the GPhC register. You can verify nume's GPhC registration directly at registration number 9012878. If you'd like to understand your eligibility and what treatment would cost you all in, speaking to our prescribers is the place to start.
