When the sharps container is full (up to the marked line, never overfilled), your local council or GP surgery can advise on collection. Most local authorities in England provide a free collection service for household sharps waste, search your council's website for the request form. Do not try to remove the needle from the pen body after use. The cap is designed to cover it safely until disposal. In practice, most people find that keeping alcohol swabs close by makes the routine feel cleaner, though the Wegovy SmPC does not list swabbing the skin as a mandatory step.
