Who Has the Cheapest Mounjaro? What UK Prices Actually Tell You

Free clinical consultation, personally reviewed the same day by a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber
Prescription included — no separate fee charged at any stage
Free next-working-day tracked delivery by DPD, dispatched the same day if approved before 12pm
Priority aftercare available seven days a week, with a clinical re-review before every repeat order

Finding the cheapest Mounjaro in the UK is harder than a quick Google suggests. Private providers set their own prices, those prices shifted significantly when Eli Lilly raised its UK list price in September 2025, and what looks cheap at first glance often isn't once you add prescription fees, delivery and clinical support. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine — a real prescriber has to assess whether it's right for you before any pen changes hands.

How UK Mounjaro pricing actually works, and what to do with that information

Step 1: Understand what the UK market looks like now

Mounjaro hasn't always cost what it costs today. Before September 2025 the list price for a higher-dose pen sat at roughly £122; after Eli Lilly's price increase, that same pen's list price rose to around £330. Private providers absorbed or passed on that rise in different ways, which is why you'll currently see figures reported anywhere between roughly £149 and £375 per month depending on the dose and the clinic, a range worth knowing when you're comparing.

Those numbers are widely reported benchmarks, not anyone's promise. The dose you start on and the dose you eventually settle at won't be the same, so a monthly cost at the beginning of treatment looks very different from the cost at maintenance. If you want to understand the trajectory, our full Mounjaro price guide breaks this down by dose and context.

One thing that hasn't changed: you cannot legally obtain Mounjaro without a valid prescription issued after a proper clinical assessment. If you're trying to work out who sells the cheapest Mounjaro across regulated UK providers, that legal requirement applies to every legitimate listing you'll find. Any listing that sidesteps that isn't cheaper, it's something else entirely.

Step 2: Check what a headline price actually includes

This is where the comparison gets complicated. A low monthly figure sometimes means the medicine only. Beneath it you might find a separate £25–£50 consultation fee, a prescription charge on top, a delivery fee per order, or aftercare charged by the minute. Some services ask you to re-pay the consultation fee every time you need a dose review.

It's worth asking a very simple question of any provider: does this price cover everything? Specifically: consultation, prescription, the medicine, delivery, and clinical support if something isn't right? The answer tells you more than the headline number, and researching who is selling Mounjaro the cheapest on a total-cost basis rather than sticker price usually changes the picture considerably. Comparing providers on total cost rather than sticker price usually changes the picture considerably.

Payday orders, Monday morning bookings, holiday-period stock, timing affects availability more than price with most regulated providers, so it's worth having a service you trust rather than hunting for a one-off deal each month.

Step 3: Place nume in that picture honestly

We're not going to tell you we're the cheapest, because we're not. That's a deliberate position. Current treatment pricing at our consultation page shows one number that covers your consultation, prescription, the medicine, free next-working-day DPD delivery, and seven-day-a-week aftercare. No renewal fee. No subscription. Nothing billed automatically. Every repeat order gets a fresh clinical review by a prescriber at our GPhC-registered pharmacy before anything is dispensed.

That model costs more to run than a purely digital checkout. We think that's the right trade-off for a prescription medicine that changes your appetite, your digestion, and sometimes other things you weren't expecting. If you want to understand more about how our clinical team approaches each case, our lead prescriber's profile is public for a reason.

Step 4: Why cheapest is the wrong question for a prescription medicine

The MHRA has warned publicly about counterfeit weight-loss pens sold online, including fake pens that turned out to contain insulin rather than tirzepatide. Large seizures of fake Mounjaro pens have been made in the UK, including the first illicit UK manufacturing site for counterfeit tirzepatide uncovered in October 2025. The price signals matter: pens offered far below market rate, sellers on social media, listings that don't ask for a prescription, these are all red flags. You can check whether any online pharmacy is legitimate using the GPhC pharmacy register; our own registration number is 9012878.

The right question isn't who charges least. It's whether the supply chain is licensed, whether a real clinician reviewed your health before dispensing, and whether someone is available if you develop symptoms that worry you. For more background on the price rise and what it means for patients, our page on the 2025 Mounjaro price increase has the detail. And if you've seen discount codes being offered for Mounjaro from sources you can't verify, read this before acting on them. The MHRA's Yellow Card scheme accepts reports of suspect sellers alongside suspected side effects, both matter.
