What the headline price often leaves out

A low figure on a product listing doesn't always mean a low total cost. Several things commonly get charged separately (or quietly omitted altogether) by lower-cost providers.

Consultation fees are one. Some services charge these upfront, some fold them in, and some skip a genuine clinical review entirely, which raises a different kind of concern. Prescription fees can appear as a separate line. Delivery charges (sometimes substantial for temperature-controlled medicines) may not appear until checkout.
