Mounjaro®
Starting from £179.99/mo
Start journey Learn moreThere is no Mounjaro discount card available to UK patients. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine regulated under UK law, which means neither manufacturers nor pharmacies can offer loyalty cards, discount schemes, or coupon-style reductions on the medicine itself. The price you pay reflects a licensed supply chain, a clinical assessment, and a valid prescription — and that picture doesn't change with a card. If you've been searching for a way to reduce what you spend on treatment, the right question isn't whether a discount card exists — it's what a fair, transparent price actually includes, and how to tell whether what you're buying is the genuine article.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a Prescription-Only Medicine. UK law bars promotional activity (including discount cards, voucher codes, and manufacturer coupon schemes) that would effectively advertise a POM to the public. Eli Lilly does not operate a patient savings card in the UK the way some US manufacturers do for their products. That model simply isn't lawful here.
The misconception is understandable. Patients who've read about US savings programmes for tirzepatide (sold there as Zepbound) sometimes assume a similar scheme exists on this side of the Atlantic. It doesn't. Zepbound is a US brand name; in the UK, tirzepatide is only licensed and sold as Mounjaro, and there is no equivalent discount-card programme.
What this means practically: if you find a seller claiming to offer Mounjaro via a discount card, a coupon, or a loyalty scheme that reduces the medicine's price, treat that as a warning sign rather than a bargain. The MHRA has repeatedly warned about counterfeit weight-loss pens sold through informal channels, including seizures of fake tirzepatide pens from an unlicensed UK site in 2025. You can verify any online pharmacy at the GPhC register, and you can report suspect sellers via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
UK private Mounjaro pricing is set per pen, per month, and varies between providers and doses. Following Eli Lilly's list-price increase in September 2025 (which took the highest-dose pen's list price from around £122 to around £330) typical private market prices have ranged roughly £149 to £375 per month depending on the dose and the provider. Those figures are widely reported and may shift; our guide to current Mounjaro pricing keeps the context updated.
The number to scrutinise isn't just the headline figure. A lower quoted price frequently excludes one or more of: the initial clinical consultation, the prescription fee, delivery, and any ongoing clinical aftercare if you have questions between orders. Add those up and the apparent saving evaporates, sometimes reversed entirely. A price that seems attractively low is worth examining line by line before you commit.
At nume, there is one price per pen. It covers the consultation, the prescription, the medicine, and free next-working-day DPD delivery. Our aftercare team is available seven days a week. We don't run subscription auto-renewals; every repeat order is reviewed clinically before it is approved. You can see our current treatment pricing on the Mounjaro price list page.
When patients search for a discount card, the real decision underneath the query is usually: am I paying a fair amount for this treatment, and is there a smarter way to approach it? Those are reasonable questions. The answer has two parts.
First, no legitimate shortcut reduces the price of Mounjaro below the cost of genuine supply plus the clinical overhead that a prescription medicine legally requires. Any route that claims otherwise is either omitting fees or omitting safety steps, neither of which serves you.
Second, value in this context isn't measured by price alone. Mounjaro is a medicine your prescriber selects for you after reviewing your weight, health history, other medicines, and relevant background. Getting that assessment right matters more than saving £20 on a pen. Our clinical team takes that review seriously on every order, not just the first one.
We are deliberately not the cheapest option in this market. The price we charge reflects genuine clinical oversight, real pharmacy infrastructure registered with the GPhC, and next-day delivery of medicine you can trust. If a lower price is your primary criterion, you are more likely to cut corners on those things than on the medicine's chemical composition, and the corners that get cut are the ones that protect you. For a fuller picture of what to look for, our guide to finding well-priced Mounjaro walks through it honestly.
The route to Mounjaro through nume is straightforward. You complete a free clinical consultation online, no GP referral required, no waiting list. A named GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber reads your answers personally; no algorithm makes that call. If treatment is clinically appropriate, your prescription is issued and your order dispatched the same day if you complete the process before 12pm Monday to Friday. Your pen arrives the next working day via DPD, tracked, in plain packaging.
You can read more about how the process works on our Mounjaro treatment page, or explore how tirzepatide fits within the wider landscape of weight-loss treatment options on our weight loss treatments overview. If you have questions before starting, our FAQs cover the queries our prescribers hear most often, including a section on whether Mounjaro discount codes exist and what to make of them, and a closer look at what people searching for a 7.5mg Mounjaro discount code are typically finding.
When you're ready, start your free consultation and your case is reviewed the same day.
